Crowned Legacy Refund Policy

At Crowned Legacy, every item is custom-printed just for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse or incorrect size selection.

Damaged or Misprinted Items:

If your item arrives damaged or with a printing error, we’ve got you covered. Please email us at connect@shopcrownedlegacy.com within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the issue, and we will send out a replacement at no cost to you.
